Refund Policy

At Social Masla, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and professional services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our various offerings.

Digital Products (Learn & Pulse)

Due to the digital nature of our courses (Learn) and SaaS tools (Pulse), all sales are final. Once access is granted or a license is activated, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Strategic Consultations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a one-time rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

Managed Services

For ongoing managed services (Performance Marketing, AI Automations), refund terms are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the start of the engagement. Generally, fees for work already commenced or completed are non-refundable.
