By using Pulse by Social Masla, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Pulse by Social Masla is a trading name of Bbigcheese.

1. Use of Service

You must use Pulse in accordance with Meta's official WhatsApp Business Policy. Any violation of Meta's terms may lead to the suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account.

2. Billing & Wallet

Pulse operates on a zero-subscription, wallet-based model. You are responsible for maintaining a balance in your wallet to cover Meta conversation charges and our ₹0.50 AI markup fee. Wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. AI Engine

While our AI engine uses advanced conversational memory, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses. Users are encouraged to monitor and refine their chatbot flows.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bbigcheese shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bbigcheese is registered.
