Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Social Masla does not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
