We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including processing your WhatsApp broadcasts through the official WhatsApp Cloud API and managing your AI contextual chatbot interactions.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third-party service providers (like Meta for WhatsApp API) necessary to deliver our services.

5. Deleting Your Data

You can ask us to delete your Pulse account and the data linked to it, including your contacts, message history and WhatsApp Business connection details. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data".

We confirm your request and delete the data within 30 days. We keep only the records the law requires us to hold, such as invoices. You can also remove Pulse's access to your WhatsApp Business account at any time from Meta Business Settings.
