Refund Policy

At Pulse by Social Masla, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Pulse by Social Masla is a trading name of Bbigcheese.

1. Wallet Balances

Pulse operates on a zero-subscription, wallet-based model. Wallet balances are used to cover Meta conversation charges and our AI markup fee. Wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by local consumer protection laws.

2. Onboarding Assistance

We offer a full refund for our Onboarding Assistance service if requested within 24 hours of payment, provided that the 1-on-1 session has not yet been scheduled or attended. Once a session is scheduled, the payment becomes non-refundable.

3. Custom Integrations

Refunds for Custom Integration projects are handled on a case-by-case basis as per the agreed-upon project milestones. Generally, once work has commenced on a specific milestone, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.

4. Double Payments

In the event of a double payment or technical error resulting in an overcharge, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction within 7-10 business days.
