The builds an off-the-shelf tool couldn't do.
Each of these started the same way: a business hit a wall with their WhatsApp setup - a system it couldn't reach, logic it couldn't handle. Here's what we built instead.
Live order updates from a homegrown ERP, no Shopify in sight.
The wall
A fast-scaling apparel label ran fulfilment on a custom PHP + MySQL ERP built years before they touched WhatsApp. Every off-the-shelf “Shopify integration” was useless to them, so order and dispatch updates went out by hand, or not at all. Support was fielding 400+ “where's my order?” messages a week.
The build
We built a bridge that listens to their ERP's order events and pushes status, payment, and courier-tracking updates to customers on the WhatsApp Cloud API, matched to their own dispatch and COD-confirmation logic.
Appointment reminders pulled from a 2011 clinic system with no API.
The wall
A multi-location dental group scheduled everything in a desktop practice-management tool from 2011: no API, no cloud, no export. No-shows were running at 22%, and reminders meant a receptionist working down a printed list by phone.
The build
We built a read-only bridge that reads the clinic's appointment database on a schedule and sends WhatsApp reminders, confirmations, and one-tap reschedule links, without touching or replacing the original software.
WhatsApp leads scored and routed by budget, project, and city, live.
The wall
A brokerage captured leads on WhatsApp but had no way to score them against their HubSpot CRM or route by budget band, project, and location. High-value buyers sat in the same queue as tyre-kickers, and their tool's no-code builder couldn't express the branching logic.
The build
We built an AI agent that qualifies each lead in conversation, checks history in HubSpot, scores intent, and routes the hot ones straight to the right agent's phone with full context, in under 30 seconds.
One support agent that reads billing, product, and tickets to answer.
The wall
A B2B SaaS team's answers lived in three places: Stripe for billing, an internal Postgres for product data, and Freshdesk for tickets. No single connector reconciled them, so their old bot just deflected everything to email. First-response time sat at 6+ hours.
The build
We built an AI agent that reaches all three systems through one custom bridge, answers on WhatsApp with the customer's real account and usage data, and escalates to a human with the full thread the moment it's genuinely needed.
2,000 daily quiz leads, qualified and nurtured with no one touching them.
The wall
A certification platform ran lead-gen quizzes on a custom Node stack. 2,000+ leads a day decayed while a small team tried to follow up by hand, and their WhatsApp tool couldn't read quiz scores or branch the follow-up.
The build
We connected their quiz backend to a WhatsApp AI agent that reads each score, segments the lead, and sends a tailored enrollment path, with fee reminders and a counsellor handoff for the high-intent ones.
