How we build

Every build is an AI agent - and the custom bridge that makes it work.

Off-the-shelf tools connect to what already has a connector. We build for the systems that don't - and put a real AI agent on top of them, not a decision tree in disguise.

The method

A script can't bridge a system it wasn't designed for. This is how we do it instead.

01

We map your system

The closed software, the legacy database, the vendor tool with no public API. We work out how to reach what it holds - even when it was never designed to be reached.

02

We build the bridge

A purpose-built layer that speaks your system's language on one side and a clean, modern interface on the other. This is the part a template or a $30 gig can't do.

03

We build the AI agent

An agent that reads the customer's intent, calls the bridge for the real answer, and replies in your tone - not a rigid keyword script pretending to be smart.

04

We deploy on WhatsApp

Live on the official WhatsApp Cloud API as a Meta Tech Provider, compliant with Meta's 2026 AI policy, then handed to you to run.

The agent

An agent, not a chatbot.

A keyword auto-reply waits for the right word and stays silent otherwise. Once it's connected to your systems, the agent understands, remembers, and acts.

Answers every message

No keyword required. The agent replies to anything a customer sends, so nobody is met with silence.

Remembers the conversation

It keeps the recent thread in context, so replies stay relevant instead of starting from scratch each time.

Knows your customer

It looks up the contact's record, tags, and notes - in your CRM or the system we bridged to - before it answers.

Tags and segments leads

The agent labels contacts as it learns about them, so your lists stay organised without manual work.

Hands off to your team

When a customer asks for a person or the request needs a human, it escalates and steps aside so your team can take over.

Discloses itself

It tells customers they're talking to an AI on the first reply, the transparency Meta's 2026 policy requires.

Meta 2026 AI policy

Compliant by default.

In 2026 Meta banned general-purpose chatbots on WhatsApp and now requires businesses to disclose AI. Every build we ship is built the compliant way, so your account stays safe.

Discloses the AI on the first message, automatically

A business-scoped agent, not a banned general-purpose chatbot

Runs on the official Cloud API as a Meta Tech Provider

You keep your data, your CRM, and your opt-out list

Who builds it

Built by the team behind Social Masla.

Pulse is the automation practice of Social Masla, where Piyush Sachdeva has trained 10,000+ marketers to build AI-first systems. The same systems thinking - not hype, actual working automation - goes into every Pulse build.

That's the difference between wiring together a template and engineering something that reasons about your business and reaches the systems it runs on.
